Freelance Part-Time Sales & Project Manager (Spanish Market)
We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales & Project Manager (Freelance, Part-Time)
We are a Shopify-focused agency based in Barcelona, working with clients across Europe and internationally. As our inbound demand from Spanish-speaking clients continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our Spanish market.
This is a freelance, part-time role with flexibility and the opportunity to grow into a long-term collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Handle Spanish-speaking leads from first contact to project delivery
- Run sales calls, understand client needs, and help shape project scopes
- Prepare proposals and onboard new clients
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with our internal developers and designers to ensure smooth execution
- Manage timelines, expectations, and client communication
You will own the client relationship end-to-end. Our technical team handles development, but you are the bridge between business needs and execution.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Spanish (professional level) and comfortable working in English
- Strong understanding of Shopify and how the platform works
- Experience with sales, client management, or project management
- Ability to translate client goals into clear, structured tasks
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
You do not need to be a developer, but you must understand Shopify well enough to confidently advise clients and guide discussions.
